IMPPERA recognizes that marine plastic pollution represents one of the most urgent environmental crises of our time — threatening ocean ecosystems, marine biodiversity, food security, and human health worldwide. A strategic policy initiative encouraging progressive international dialogue on nuclear risk reduction, strategic stability, peaceful coexistence, confidence-building measures, responsible security governance, and the long-term transition from doctrines of mutual deterrence toward frameworks of cooperation, shared security, human survival, and sustainable global peace.

NCTI holds that human civilization should progressively reduce its dependence upon doctrines rooted in existential fear and mutual destruction, and advance toward a cooperative model grounded in trust, shared security, and responsible stewardship of global peace.

Diplomatic Instrument A

Member State Nomination Instrument

A voluntary diplomatic instrument through which sovereign states may be formally invited to engage with the Global Compact in a spirit of dialogue, partnership, and constructive international engagement.

Diplomatic Instrument B

Member State Endorsement Instrument

A voluntary instrument enabling sovereign states to express support for the principles and objectives of the Global Compact without creating legal obligations, treaty commitments, or transfer of sovereign authority.

Authorship, Copyright & Publication Notice

Official authorship, intellectual property, citation, and usage guidance governing policy recommendations, diplomatic instruments, and institutional publications issued under the auspices of the Global Compact.
